One Health Lewisham, in partnership with Novum-Rushey Green Group practice, are delivering the new North East London Special Allocation Scheme for the North East London Commissioning Alliance. The Alliance consists of 7 CCG’s: City & Hackney, Havering, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Barking & Dagenham, Newham and Tower Hamlets.
The service provides medical primary care services to people who have been removed from their mainstream GP practice list. The service seeks to ensure that any patient removed from a practice has access to essential and additional medical services; and works with patients reintegrating them over time back into mainstream general practice wherever possible.
The new service is being delivered by One Health Lewisham and Novum Rushey Green Group Medical Practice working in partnership.
